One way to experience the benefits of a SWET Fitness workout is through a Personalized Fitness Plan. I’ll prescribe a PFP to help you reach your fitness goals that is customized just for you and based on the following principles:
1) You can get and stay in shape without expensive gym equipment.
2) You can see excellent results with a minimum program of 20 minutes, 3 times per week.
3) Exercise and intensity levels must change monthly in order to prevent your body from reaching a physical plateau, which is when your workout stops producing results.
How will I know that I am doing the exercises correctly?
Members can log in to watch videos of me demonstrating some of the exercises that I will prescribe in your PFP by way of SWET Films. This will be located under the SWET Tips section once you are a member. You can refer to the videos for correct form as much as you want. Here’s a sample video of me performing Golf Swings.
